Holiday Villa Limassol
This is a lovely three bedroom holiday villa for rent in Limassol.
The villa is in the village of Pyrgos, nestled amongst a complex of luxury villas, and is just four years old. It is less than 10 minutes drive to the beach. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, (2 with air-con), and 1 twin bedroom. The master bedroom has en suite bathroom with bath and shower, and there is another bathroom on this floor, as well as an extra bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The second double room has shutters that fit the whole side of one wall, which when open, make for an open-air bedroom that steps out onto a good size balcony, which is shared with the master bedroom. The twin room does not have balcony.
The villa can sleep 6 people, or up to a maximum of 7 people, if using the spare fold up bed provided.
There is a very modern and stylish open plan lounge / dining area, with separate well equipped and very modern kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and all kitchen utensils.
The lounge area has tv, and wood burning fireplace, and there is also a second 'snug' lounge also equipped with tv. The dining area is equipped with modern dining suite.
There is also a private swimming pool, with sun beds area, and amazing views across the landscape. In the garden is also a modern fitted bbq and comfortable dining/ relaxing furniture.
The location of the villa is in the quiet Pyrgos village. It is just a few minutes drive to amenities such as shops, bars, restaurants, tavernas, beach and hotels, and the quaint little St. Raphael Marina. The villa is not located on a main bus route, so hiring a car would be a necessity.
The price for summer (high season) 2010 is 700 euros per week, or 100 euros per day, please request prices for low and mid season.
