Holiday Villa Booking Terms
Please note the following terms and conditions of booking.
Booking inquiries should be made via the contact form. Once your chosen dates have been agreed, Upon confirmation of booking, a non refundable deposit of 25% of your total booking price is required to be paid. The remaining balance is required 8 weeks before arrival date, from which your previously paid deposit will be deducted.
Guests are requested to use the villa and its contents with due care and consideration. The villa will be cleaned and tidy for your arrival, but no cleaning services are provided for the duration of your stay. Guests are requested to be mindful of keeping the villa clean on both the inside and outside areas. We can provide a cleaner during your stay should you require one, at extra cost.
The villa is in a quiet, respectable area on a complex of villas. Guests are requested to be considerate to neighbours with regard to noise levels, especially late at night.
Due to change-over bookings, guests are asked to please vacate the villa before 11am on the day of departure. It may be possible to arrange a later stay on your departure day, please ask at the time of booking.
